Kohala, Island of Hawaii. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The County applied for grant funding in the amount of $1,650,000.00 from the State of Hawaii, Department <br />of Land and Natural Resources, LLCC for the acquisition of three parcels (TMK's: 5 -8- 01:21, 22 & access <br />parcel 25) at Kaiholena on September 16, 2010.
