8. Grantee shall comply with the non - discrimination <br />requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of <br />1968 which prohibits discrimination in employment and in the <br />delivery of services or benefits on the basis of race, color, <br />national origin, religion, or sex; Title VI of the Civil Rights <br />Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination in the delivery of <br />services or benefits on the basis of race, color, or national <br />origin; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II <br />of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit <br />discrimination in employment and in the delivery of services or <br />benefits based on disability; Title IX of the Education Amendments <br />of 1972 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in <br />training or educational programs; the Age Discrimination Act of <br />1975 which prohibits discrimination in the delivery of services or <br />benefits on the basis of age; Department of Justice regulations on <br />disability (nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in the <br />state and local government services, public accommodations and <br />commercial facilities, and accessibility standards), 28 C.F.R. <br />Part 35; Exec.
