Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill any <br />and all terms and conditions set forth therein. <br />6. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br />Agency a Certification of Non - Supplanting, hereinafter referred to <br />as the "Non- Supplanting Certification ". A copy of the Non - <br />Supplanting Certification shall be included in Part IV of the <br />Application for Grant. Grantee covenants that the representations <br />made in the Non - Supplanting Certification are true at the time <br />this Contract is executed and will remain true throughout the <br />entire term of the Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee <br />shall fulfill any and all terms and conditions set forth therein. <br />7. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br />of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br />complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding <br />Lobbying, hereinafter referred to as the "Lobbying Certification ", <br />and any subsequent disclosure forms required under Section 1352, <br />Title 31 U. S. C. A copy of the Lobbying Certification shall be <br />included in Part IV of the Application for Grant. Grantee <br />covenants that the representations made in the Lobbying <br />Certification are true at the time this Contract is executed and <br />will remain true throughout the entire term of the Contract and <br />any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill any and all terms <br />and conditions set forth therein. <br />6 (7/2010) <br />
