FC-21 Page 4 November 1, 2011 Comm. 441: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11-59, AS AMENDED, THE (Bill 132) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated October 19, 2011. The bill increases revenues of $21,268 in the Federal Grant-Victims of Crime Act account, and appropriates same to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Victim of Crime Act account. These funds will be used to support the Victim of Crimes Act (VOCA) program, providing salaries and wages for five staff, sub-grants for direct services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, homicide, child abuse, and limited operating expenses. Comm. 442: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11-86, SECTION 1, WHICH (Bill 133) AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 11-59, PERTAINING TO THE AMENDMENT OF THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated October 19, 2011. This ordinance corrects the revenue account number originally assigned to the standard Victim of Crimes Act program and associates it with the Victims of Crime Act – ARRA program.
