The donation was <br />received from Stephen Hall. <br /> <br />Comm. 440: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />(Res. 185-11) AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I DEPARTMENT OF THE <br />ATTORNEY GENERAL PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A WORKING TOWARDS <br />CRIME LAB ACCREDITATION GRANT FOR THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT; and <br /> <br />(Bill 131) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11-59, AS AMENDED, THE <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2012 <br />From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated October 19, 2011, transmitting the above <br />resolution and bill. The resolution authorizes Working Towards Crime Lab Accreditation <br />Grant, and the bill appropriates revenues of $13,300 in the Federal Grants – Working <br />Towards Crime Lab Accreditation account; and appropriates same to the Working <br />Towards Crime Lab Accreditation Grant account. These funds will be used for training, <br />equipment, and services to increase the overall efficiency and safety of forensic services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
