FC-22 Page 2 November 15, 2011 <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Comm. 436: AN ORDINANCE TO INITIATE A CHARTER AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE X, <br />(Bill 128) FINANCIAL PROCEDURES, OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CHARTER (2010 <br />EDITION), BY ADDING A NEW SECTION FOR A PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, <br />AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION MAINTENANCE FUND <br />From Council Member Brenda Ford, dated October 19, 2011. The purpose of this fund is <br />to accrue and use moneys for maintenance of lands and easements acquired by the Public <br />Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund, which will preserve the <br />land and promote public safety. <br /> <br />Postponed: November 1, 2011 <br /> <br /> <br />(Note: There is a pending motion made by Ms. Ford and duly seconded by Mr. Blas <br />to close file on Comm. 436 and recommend passage of Bill 128 on first reading.) <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
