Chapter 5, section 5.3 (Implementation Table), of the Puna Community <br />Development Plan (as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />"5.3 IMPLEMENTATION TABLE <br />The Implementation Table on the following pages identifies, for each of the proposed <br />actions in the Puna Community Development Plan, the organization(s) responsible for taking the <br />lead or supporting role for implementation, the projected timeframe for implementation, and the <br />estimated cost, in 2007 dollars, of implementing the action, if it is a major capital improvement <br />project. In some cases, the cost could not be determined until further planning work and <br />feasibility study has been completed to better define the scope of the project. Those instances <br />are noted by "TBD" (to be determined). A key to the organizations referenced in the table is <br />below.
