Flood Insurance Rate Map: The project site is located in Flood Zone "X". <br /> PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 17. Access: Access to the site is provided by Walua Road, which has a right-of-way <br /> varying from 40 to 50 feet with two 10 feet lanes and minimal shoulders. <br /> 18. Water: Water is currently available from a 6 inch waterline within Alii Drive. The <br /> anticipated maximum daily water usage is 2400 gallons per day or 4 units of water. An <br /> existing brackish water well on the project site will be retrofitted to provide irrigation <br /> water for the intended xeriscape landscaping. <br /> 19. Wastewater: Wastewater will be disposed of through a 4-inch stubout connection to <br /> the 8-inch sewer main along Alii Drive. <br /> 20. Utilities: Electrical and telephone service are available to the property. <br /> 21. Protective Services: Police protection is provided from its Kealakehe and Captain <br /> Cook stations. Fire Protection is provided from its Kailua-Kona, Kealakehe and <br /> Captain Cook stations. Emergency medical and paramedical services are also provided <br /> by the Hawaii County Fire Department. Kona Hospital at Kealakekua is located <br /> approximately seven (7) miles from the project site and is managed by the State of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> AGENCIES' COMMENTS <br /> 22.
