Hawai‘i County Council-43 May 2, 2012 <br /> <br />Bill 226: AMENDS CHAPTER 11, HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS <br />AMENDED), RELATING TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING POLICY <br />Amends Section 11-5 (Satisfaction of affordable housing credits) to provide more <br />practicable parameters for satisfaction of an affordable housing requirement by <br />conveyance of land.
