BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> These vehicles were offered by the Honolulu Fire Department as they were replaced by new apparatus in <br /> their fleet. The pumpers will be utilized by the Hawai'i Fire Department as back-up to our front line fleet and <br /> the tankers will be used to support wildland firefighting activities.
