Natural Resources Service type. This report covers <br /> very large areas so it is broad in its scope and may not reflect the soil <br /> strata on the project property. After viewing the Kino'ole street project I <br /> saw how sensitive the soil strata is to grubbing. <br /> 3. Noise and nuisance will be great from the project affecting the <br /> neighborhood. There is no ambient noise generated from the project <br /> property as it is vacant. Ambient noise levels will be high from this project. <br /> Nuisance will be great. Police calls to the proposed property will be great. <br /> 4. Properties located next to the proposed project property will have their <br /> property value decrease and it will be harder to sell the properties. <br /> 5.
