There is no ambient noise generated from the project <br /> property as it is vacant. Ambient noise levels will be high from this project. <br /> Nuisance will be great. Police calls to the proposed property will be great. <br /> 4. Properties located next to the proposed project property will have their <br /> property value decrease and it will be harder to sell the properties. <br /> 5.
