A drainage study shall be prepared and the recommended drainage <br /> system shall be constructed meeting the approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> The subject parcel is in an area designated as Zone X on the Flood Insurance Rate Map <br /> (FIRM) by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Zone X is an area <br /> determined to be outside the 500-year floodplain. <br /> All earthwork activity, including grading and grubbing,shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion <br /> and Sedimentation Control, of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> The Zoning Map classifies Kinoole Street as a secondary arterial. It has an existing right- <br /> of-way width of 55 feet fronting the subject parcel. The driveway connection to Kinoole <br /> Street shall conform to Chapter 22, County Streets, of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> Install streetlights and traffic control devices as may be required by the Traffic Division, <br /> Department of Public Works.
