Due to the construction the natural drainage has stopped <br /> due to a soil strata interphase. I feel you have built a road in my yard. <br /> I feel this drainage problem can be easily solved by digging out all of the soil and rock <br /> that was dug out to install the wall on my property well below the compacted fill grade <br /> of the wall. <br /> • <br /> After removing all of the fill in my yard a hammer drill should drill and loosen the <br /> existing strata. Then the area should be filled with water from a water truck or from <br /> natural rainfall if there is enough rainfall to see if the strata will perculate and drain. <br /> I would then put in a few feet of drain rock and fill with top soil. <br /> Please remove all material from my yard 2 ft below the concrete footing of the retaining <br /> wall. <br /> This work should take care of the problem. <br /> Allen when we first spoke about this job you wanted to raise the level of my yard to <br /> lessen the cost of the job.
