It will be end dumped on your property and it will <br /> not be installed by the County or its Contractor, you will be responsible in placing it behind the new <br /> retaining wall fronting your property. Make sure that the weepholes are not buried. <br /> For your information, though we disagree with your letters dated March 8 and 12, 2009, in an effort to put <br /> a closure on this issue, but in no way to mean an admission of guilt by the County, we made and agreed <br /> on the above offer. <br /> As mentioned, this is the final offer and you will not be afforded any more additional work or <br /> compensation from the County to mitigate this issue in the future.
