AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 12 -87, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2012 TO JUNE 30, 2013 Adds Public Works: Manono Street Improvements — Federal ($00,000); funds shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable ($500,000). Funds would be used to widen and improve Manono Street from Lanikaula Street to Kekuanao`a Street to enhance traffic, pedestrian, ADA, and bicycle circulation, and to improve drainage in the area.
