FC -42 Page 4 September 18, 2012 Comm. 844: (Bill 307) ADJOURNMENT AUTHORIZES THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING ALL OR A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS; FIXING THE FORM, DENOMINATIONS, AND CERTAIN OTHER DETAILS OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR SALE TO THE PUBLIC; AND AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE BONDS Aggregate principal amount not to exceed $16,830,000 for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs (including costs of issuance of the Bonds) for the new South Kona Police Station project. An additional $330,000 is included for bond issuance costs.
