BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The current copier was originally leased in 2005, and is now 7 years old. It is a centralized unit being utilized <br /> by Purchasing, Property and Risk Management. <br /> The intervals between needed repairs are consistently getting shorter, and we are experiencing more <br /> downtime with the present unit. The unit is deteriorating, and is approaching the end of its useful life. <br /> We are seeking a replacement copier with comparable features, including 15,000 black &white copies per <br /> month.
