BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Hawaii Department of the Attorney General awarded the Prosecuting Attorney's Office with a FY 2009 <br /> Recovery Act - Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) of$156,855 for the Integrated <br /> Criminal Justice System Information Sharing project. We have been approved to receive a supplemental <br /> award from the FY 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery) for the project.
