Owner: Hao Street Hui, a Hawaii General Partnership is the fee owner of the <br /> subject property. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The owner wishes to subdivide the property into a total of six lots in sizes <br /> of 3 and 4 acres. <br /> 3. Objectives: "The subject 22-acre parcel is owned by a local hui with the plan of <br /> creating six agricultural lots with each partner to own. We believe the area is well <br /> suited for low density uses combining homes with limited grazing, a variety of <br /> agriculture, home gardening, wildlife habitat, and forested areas." <br /> 4.
