KIERKIEWICZ is requesting a Change of Zone by changing the district <br /> classification from Agricultural (A-20a) to Family and Agricultural (FA-la) for approximately <br /> 10.00 acres of land. The property is located adjacent to and east of Wainaku Camp 2 along <br /> the Hamalcua side of Pohalcunanaka Stream, approximately 750 feet south (Hilo side) of <br /> Kaiwiki Road, Wainaku, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-6-13:1. <br /> GENERAL. INFORMATION <br /> 1. Landowner Authorization: The landowner of the subject property is Kierlciewicz <br /> Farm, Inc. <br /> APPL.IC NT'S F,O iF. T <br /> 2. Request: The applicant is requesting a change of zone in order to allow a proposed <br /> subdivision of seven (7) lots ranging in size from 1 to 2.4 acres. <br /> 3. Plans Submitted: Proposed plans indicate a parcel approximately 10 acres in size to <br /> be subdivided into seven lots ranging in size from 1 to 2.4 acres. The site plan also <br /> shows an agricultural processing plant adjacent to the property to the southeast. <br /> 4.
