The <br /> property is located at the northeast intersection of Mamalahoa Highway and Kakanihia Place <br /> Pu'ukapu Homesteads, Waimea,North Kohala, Hawai`i, TMK: 6-4-001: 99. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION <br /> 1. Request: State Land Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Rural and a <br /> Change of Zone from Agricultural 40-acre (A-40a)to Residential and Agricultural %2- <br /> acre(RA-.5a) for approximately 1.0046 acres of land to subdivide the property into two <br /> residential/agricultural lots. Landowner: William Bonk/Fumie Bonk Revocable Living Trust. <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br /> 3. State Land Use Designation: Agricultural. <br /> 4. GP LUPAG Map: Low Density Urban. <br /> 5. County Zoning: A-40a. <br /> 6. Special Management Area(SMA): The property is located approximately 12 miles <br /> from the shoreline, outside of the SMA. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 7. Project Site: The northern portion of the property is improved with a dwelling and a <br /> shed, and there is a hut on the southern portion of the site. A small garden is located <br /> along the southern portion of the dwelling. <br /> 8.
