The property is located along the <br /> west side of Kanoelehua Avenue approximately 295 feet north of the Kanoelehua Avenue - <br /> Hualani Street intersection, Waiakea Houselots 1st series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, <br /> TMK: 2-2-35: 45. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION <br /> 1. Request: Change of zone from RS-10 to ML-20 to allow the establishment of an office <br /> and parking for a tour operation. The existing dwelling on the site will be converted into <br /> the proposed office. Parking for the mini buses, vans and employee parking will be <br /> provided on-site. Clients will not drive to the project site; instead,they will be picked up <br /> from the airport, cruise ship, and hotels. (P.D. Exhibit 1 - Change of Zone application) <br /> 2. Landowner: Dien-Jung Lin. <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br /> 3. State Land Use Designation: Urban. <br /> 4. General Plan LUPAG Map: Industrial. <br /> 5. County Zoning: RS-10. <br /> 6. Hilo Community Development Plan: The Hilo Community Development Plan adopted <br /> by Planning Commission Resolution No. 1 on May 21, 1975 identifies the area as RS-10. <br /> 7.
