Request: Change of zone from RS-10 to ML-20 to allow the establishment of an office <br /> and parking for a tour operation. The existing dwelling on the site will be converted into <br /> the proposed office. Parking for the mini buses, vans and employee parking will be <br /> provided on-site. Hilo Community Development Plan: The Hilo Community Development Plan adopted <br /> by Planning Commission Resolution No. 1 on May 21, 1975 identifies the area as RS-10. <br /> 7.
