Grantee assures Agency that if it is <br /> required to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in <br /> accordance with 28 C . F. R. §§ 42 . 301 et seq. it will submit a <br /> certification to Agency that a current program is on file . <br /> 10 . Grantee shall maintain accounting procedures <br /> and practices acceptable to Agency, and books, records, <br /> documents and other evidence which sufficiently, accurately and <br /> properly reflect all direct and indirect expenditures and all <br /> interest or other income earned as the result of funds provided <br /> pursuant to this Contract . Grantee shall ensure that its own <br /> books, records, and documents are available for inspection, <br /> reviews or audits at all reasonable times by Agency or the <br /> United States Department of Justice .
