G. COMPENSATION . <br /> 1 . Subject to continuing availability of funds, <br /> Agency agrees to pay Grantee, for services satisfactorily <br /> performed under this Contract, a sum not to exceed Twenty Six <br /> Thousand, Forty-Eight and 00/100 dollars ($26, 048 . 00) ---- to be <br /> spent for the purposes of this Contract . This sum represents <br /> any and all compensation to be paid to Grantee for any and all <br /> services it provides, and for any and all travel costs, <br /> materials, supplies, equipment, overhead, taxes, and other <br /> incidentals and operating expenses which it incurs or may incur <br /> in connection with this Contract . <br /> 2 . It is covenanted and agreed by and between <br /> the parties hereto that, as to the portion of the obligation <br /> under this Contract to be payable out of federal funds, this <br /> Contract shall be construed to be an agreement to pay such <br /> portion to the Grantee only out of federal funds to be received <br /> from the federal government when the federal funds are so <br /> received and shall not be construed as a general agreement to <br /> pay such portion at all events out of any funds other than those <br /> which are received from the federal government . <br /> H.
