Council Chairman J Yoshimoto and Members <br /> January 7, 2013 <br /> Page 2 <br /> o Fran Tabor (4-year term): Ms. Tabor is a 15-year resident of Kamuela. She <br /> received her masters degree in Psycholgy in 1971 and her Doctor of Optometry in <br /> 1995. Ms. Tabor was an original member of the South Kohala Community <br /> Development Plan Action Committee who resigned due to medical reasons. She is <br /> now ready to continue serving on this committee. Ms. Tabor is active as a volunteer <br /> at the North Kohala Community Hospital and for Election Polls and she is a member <br /> of the Waimea Community Association, the Waimea Outdoor Circle, the Lalamilo <br /> Farmers Association and the Waimea Traffic Safety Committee. She also serves on <br /> the Board of the Friends for T. Parker Library. Ms. Tabor will provide an extensive <br /> background and involvement with the entire community and its interaction with this <br /> committee. <br /> Should you have any questions or concerns, please call me at your convenience.
