Soil Survey: Punaluu extremely rocky peat, 6 to 20 percent slopes (rPYD). <br /> 21. FIRM: Zone X, an area outside the 500-year flood plain. <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES <br /> 22. Access: Access to the proposed Increment 2 of the Kukuinui Subdivision will be from <br /> Kukuinui Street, which is a County owned and maintained roadway with a 50-foot right- <br /> of-way with a 20-foot wide pavement. Access to Kukuinui Street is from Holoholo <br /> Street which connects to Kaiminani Drive within the Kona Palisades Estates and/or Nana <br /> Street which connects to Ahikawa Street within the Kona Coast View Subdivision. <br /> Holoholo Street has a 50-foot right-of-way with a 20-foot wide pavement. Kaiminani <br /> Drive, which serves as the primary mauka-makai connector road between Hawaii Belt <br /> Road and Queen Kaahumanu Highway,has a 60-foot right-of-way with 24-foot wide <br /> pavement. The applicant has constructed the extension of Holoholo Street to Nana Street <br /> to dedicable standards and has dedicated to the County of Hawaii in compliance with <br /> Condition F of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 07-160. <br /> 23. Water: County water is available for Increment II. <br /> 24. Wastewater: According to the Department of Health,the property is located in the <br /> Critical Wastewater Disposal Area where cesspools are not allowed. Any development <br /> on this lot would require all wastewater be disposed into a Septic Tank System or into <br /> public sewer when accessible. At this time, County sewer is not available to the property. <br /> 25. Utilities: All other essential utilities and services are available to the property. <br /> AGENCIES' COMMENTS <br /> 26.
