EMC -2 Page 2 March 27, 2013 Comm. 181: AMENDS CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 20 -47 OF THE HAWAII (Bill 44) COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO COLLECTION OF FEES From Council Member Zendo Kern, dated March 5, 2013. The proposed bill establishes new payment methods for commercial haulers, and reduces the grace period before which a finance charge is implemented from 60 days to thirty 30 days for all overdue collections of solid waste fees.
