Ulu Wini <br /> is located on 9.6 acres that will consist of 96 service-enriched two-bedroom units, a community <br /> center, an Education Training Facility ("ETF"), and a wastewater treatment plant that services <br /> transitional and low-income families. The ETF is a 13,080 square foot warehouse consisting of <br /> three separate bays, completed in December 2012. <br /> Habitat for Humanity West Hawai`i is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to empower <br /> families, and to build community and hope through home ownership for low income partner <br /> families. They desire to lease Bay 1 in the ETF. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate the lease of this real <br /> property.
