They wish to use this <br /> property for the development and maintenance of a Hawaiian Cultural Center. This center will <br /> be used for public education and to display crafts of drum and canoe carving. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate the lease of this real <br /> property.
