and that Grantee shall fulfill any and all terms and conditions set forth therein. 7 . Prior to, or concurrently with the execution of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding Lobbying, hereinafter referred to as the "Lobbying Certification. " and any subsequent disclosure forms required under Section 1352, Title 31 U. S . C. A copy of the Lobbying Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application for Grant . Grantee covenants that the representations made in the Lobbying Certification are true at the time this Contract is executed and will remain true throughout the entire term of the Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill any and all terms and conditions set forth therein. 8 . Grantee shall comply with the non- discrimination requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in employment and in the delivery of services or benefits on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, or sex; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits on the basis of race, color, or national origin; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit discrimination in 7 (rev. 10/2011)
