Plans shall include a landscaping buffer along the <br /> northern, western, and southern boundaries of the subject property. <br /> The applicant intends to comply with this requirement. Attached as Exhibit <br /> D is the applicant's tentative site plan. It reflects a 5,992 square foot, single- <br /> story structure with 37 parking stalls and one loading zone. This may have to <br /> be adjusted a bit to accommodate the landscaping buffer requirement noted in <br /> the above condition. <br /> D. An overall landscaping plan and maintenance plan, which includes <br /> landscaping along the side property boundaries of the subject property, shall <br /> be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of Final Plan Approval. <br /> This will be done by the Applicant. <br /> E. Driveway access and sidewalk improvements along Kanoelehua Avenue shall <br /> meet with the approval of the Department of Transportation and the <br /> Department of Public Works, whichever is applicable. <br /> This will be done and implemented by the Applicant in conjunction with the <br /> building permit and occupancy permit process. <br /> F. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be submitted for review and approval <br /> to the Department of Public Works in conjunction with the submittal of plans <br /> for Plan Approval. <br /> This has not been done to date. Please note, however, that the approving <br /> agency should now be changed to the Department of Environmental <br /> Management. <br /> G. A drainage system, if applicable, shall be installed meeting with the approval <br /> of the Department of Public Works. <br /> Appropriate plans will be done in conjunction with both the Plan Approval <br /> and Building Permit approval processes. The required drainage system to <br /> accommodate project-generated water will be contained on-site probably <br /> through a system of drywell(s) and will be completed prior to issuance of an <br /> occupancy permit for the project.. <br />
