BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION(USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The 3-year Enterprise Agreement to purchase approximately.700 copies of Microsoft Office 2013 for the new <br /> PC's and laptops will allow the county to spread the cost of$380,271 worth of software over a 3 year period <br /> into payments of$126,757. Establishing the Enterprise Agreeement will save the County$15,998 in actual <br /> costs for the software.
