Hawaii accepts the donation of Lot B-2, situated at Kaiwiki, District of South Hilo, County and <br /> State of Hawaii, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 2-6-010:067 (por.), consisting of <br /> approximately 757 square feet, delineated on Exhibit"I" attached hereto from Diane Copen <br /> Ford and Gary William Vannatta, said donation is to remedy the encroachment of the County <br /> paved road onto their parcel for public purpose. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation and a copy of this <br /> resolution be sent to Diane Copen Ford and Gary William Vannatta, 26 Kaiwiki Road, #2561 A, <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720, acknowledging this generous donation. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: <br /> (1) Mayor William P.
