BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Automotive Division's current copier is 7 years old and has not been working properly. Vendor has been <br />unable to repair copier and replacement parts are obsolete /difficult to find. A properly functioning copier is <br />vital to our division's daily operations and is also used by other County agencies to keep record of <br />vehicle /equipment repair orders generated.
