Resolution 38-11 authorized the lease of certain <br />County owned land, which includes these parcels, and required that the negotiated lease <br />agreement for this land be accepted by the County Council pursuant to Section 2-114(d) <br />of the Hawai'i County Code. <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate a ten year lease <br />agreement with Crown Pacific International, LLC for these properties.
