17. Flora and Fauna: The site has been cleared. Therefore, the proposed development <br /> should have no further impacts on flora or fauna in the area. No endangered or rare <br /> species are known to inhabit the site. <br /> 18. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: Surrounding land uses include single family <br /> dwelling, Waimea Park, commercial activities, and other vacant lands. The <br /> southeastern portion of the property abuts land zoned CV-7.5. The adjacent lands to <br /> the north are zoned RS-10 and [o the south are zoned A-la. The lands on the opposite <br /> side of Lindsey Road are zoned RS-7.5. Approximately 350 feet north of the subject <br /> property are lands zoned RS-15. <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES AND UTILITIES <br /> 19.
