Council Chairman Dru Kanuha and Members <br /> Page 2 <br /> December 15, 2015 <br /> Council District 3 — Radford Hirai. Mr. Hirai is a lifelong of Hawaii. He formerly <br /> worked at the Hilo Medical Center as a Telemetry Technician and is presently <br /> employed by the United Public Workers as a Business Agent. Mr. Hirai is a <br /> member of CELC — Community Engagement Legislative Committee. He states <br /> that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed he will fill a vacant term <br /> to end on December 31, 2018. <br /> Council District 5 —Wendy Davis. Ms. Davis is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. <br /> She is the owner of Tropical Vending, and is a community liaison with the <br /> Department of Education. Ms. Davis is a member of the Puna Community Action <br /> Team and also a member of Youth Impowerment Services. She is a former Girl <br /> Scout troop leader. Ms. Davis states that she is not affiliated with any political <br /> party.
