COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 105 ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item: [(46) Kalanianaole Street, makai side, beginning at the east end of the concrete rock wall on the northeast side of the access road to the James Kealoha Park and extending one hundred seventy feet in the westerly direction.] SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime)), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be apropriately numbered and to read as follows: f1 James Kealoha Park Access Road north side beginning at a point seven hundred ninety-two feet north west of Kalanianaole Street and extending three hundred fifty-three feet in the westerly direction (.1 James Kealoha Park Access road northeast side beginning at Kalanianaole Street and extending three hundred feet in the westerly direction. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
