<br />SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking

<br />County Code (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item:
<br />[(25) Waianuenue Avenue, north side, from Punawai Street to Halai Street, from
<br />7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. on school days and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
<br />except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

<br />SECTION 7. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-286, schedule 34 (No
<br />stopping, stand or parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995
<br />edition), is amended by deleting the following item:
<br />[(3) Waianuenue Avenue, Puna side, beginning at a point one thousand
<br />twenty-four feet makai of Laimana Street and extending ninety feet in the
<br />makai direction.]
