This will improve control of the traffic flow on Waianuenue Avenue, especially during <br /> the transition periods of the one-way flow, when many vehicles are observed traveling in the <br /> wrong direction. It will also minimize the County's exposure to liability during the one-way <br /> period. A location map is attached. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
