However, it <br /> was not completed by its original owner, Crystal Yamasaki. While the project had a single five- <br /> year extension,there was no way that it could have been completed during that time as it <br /> coincided with the great recession. <br /> purchased this property in 2007 and I am completing plans to develop it as a six unit multi- <br /> family apartment with a commercial kitchen on the ground floor.Outdoor dining will be available <br /> to the public. A copy of the site plan and elevations are attached for your review. <br /> I am asking for the department's support for another five-year extension so I may complete this <br /> project.
