Yamasaki) <br /> Request: Amendment to Condition C (Time to Complete Construction) <br /> Tax Map Key: 7-5-022:040 <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on April 21, 2016, <br /> recommended for your approval the proposed legislative bill for an amendment to Change of <br /> Zone Ordinance No. 03-115. The property is located at 75-5733 Kalawa Street, approximately <br /> 150 feet south of its intersection with Kalani Street, Honuaula, North Kona, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant is requesting to amend Condition C of Change of Zone Ordinance No. <br /> 03-115, which states: <br /> "Construction of the proposed development shall be completed within five(5) <br /> years from the effective date of this ordinance. This time period shall include securing <br /> Final Plan Approval from the Planning Director in accordance with the Zoning Code. <br /> Plans shall identify proposed structure(s), fire protection measures, access roadway, <br /> driveway and parking stalls.
