Bernard - Mr. Bernard is a 7-year resident of Hawaii. He was employed by Hawaii <br /> Community College from 2010 to 2014 as an instructor in Speech Communication. He presently still <br /> teaches at HCC on-call as needed. Mr. Bernard is the Vice President of HPP Neighborhood watch, and <br /> he volunteers with SCORE. He states that he is a Democrat. <br /> Yumi T. Kawano- Ms. Kawano is a 12-year resident of Hawaii. She is a retired teacher. Ms. Kawano is <br /> presently a member of the Volcano Long Range Planners and the Volcano Community Association. She <br /> states that she is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> Teresa L. Reveira- Ms. Reveira is a 41-year resident of Hawaii. She is an elementary school teacher <br /> at Kua 0 Kala PCS. Ms. Reveira is a member of COSEE, a Marine Education Association at UH Manoa, <br /> and a member of the Bishop Museum and the Hawaii School Teachers Association. She states that she <br /> is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> All three individuals are being nominated to a 4-year term to end on December 20, 2020.
