The OHCD expects program income received or anticipated to be received <br /> during the program year to provide a total of$2,600,000.00 of CDBG funds. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the United <br /> States Department of Housing and Urban Development for these CDBG funds. Also <br /> enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br /> $2,600,000.00 in anticipation of receiving these funds. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this bill be waived <br /> from committee and be placed on the April 5, 2017 Council agenda.
