SECTION 6. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof is held <br />invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be <br />given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 7. As required by Section 10-6(a) of the Hawai'i County Charter, the estimated cost of <br />each capital improvement pending or proposed to be undertaken, the estimated operating cost, and <br />the pending or proposed method of financing are set forth in the attached Project Data and/or <br />Financial Impact Statement sheets. <br />SECTION 8.
