BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> We would like to request the authorization to enter into a multi-year maintenance agreement for the <br /> purchase of a new copier for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Kona Office. <br /> We are purchasing a multi-functional copier for the Kona's the Victim's Assistance Unit staff which will be <br /> housed in a separate office at the Kealakekua site. The copier is critical to handle the volume of work for our <br /> VAU staff covering two Circuit courts, one District Court and one Family court. A multi-functional copier able <br /> to meet copying, printing and scanning needs will improve overall efficiency in the office.
