PROJECT/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:Cost sharing project between the County of Hawaii and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to make roadway improvements along Pua Avenue,Todd Avenue,Baker Avenue,and Desha Avenue,fronting the Keaukaha School in Hilo. The project will consists of widening,resurfacing,and providing drainage improvements. 11.
