The <br /> County's Office of Housing and Community Development entered into a 5-year Housing <br /> Assistance Payment Contract with UHC 00525 Hilo Limited Partnership, owners of E <br /> Komo Mai. They were selected for the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program as <br /> offered through a Public Notice dated February 12, 19 and 29, 2012.
