Subject Property: The subject 22,500-square foot property is rectangular in shape and <br /> located at the corner of Lanikaula and Milano Streets. There is a perimeter fence, a <br /> temporary electric power pole and retaining wall along the eastern border of the subject <br /> property, otherwise, it is currently vacant. <br /> 20.
