This is the property <br /> line adjacent to TMK: (3)6-5-001:020. The remainder of the subject property is <br /> classified as existing urban development. <br /> 14. U.S.D.A. Soil Survey: Palapalai silt loam series (PLC); permeability is moderately <br /> rapid, runoff is slow and the erosion hazard is slight. Roots can penetrate to a depth of <br /> 4 or 5 feet. This soil type is used for pasture. Maile medial silt loam series (MLD), <br /> 6 to 20 percent; permeability is moderately rapid, runoff is slow and the erosion hazard is <br /> slight. This soil type is used for pasture and woodland. <br /> 15. Flood Zone: The property is located in Zone X, an area determined by FEMA to be <br /> outside the 500-year flood plain. <br /> 16.
